I created the Tag, and the Policy and applied it to the mailbox. Hi everyone,I have a retention policy to delete emails from one mailbox after 1 day.
Retention Policy on Office 365 to delete email daily not working Cloud Computing & SaaS.my thinking was maybe changing or deleting the cell # from the users settings one by one until you find the one that is being used for call forwarding? Maybe somehow, there's a setting that is set to forward calls to mobile numbers, but if you delete the mobile number, then you could in effect disable the call forwarding? I know it's a roundabout way to go about it, but if you can't find the setting to disable call forwarding, maybe you can delete the phone number that it is using. The next thing I'm gonna try is to assign a new number to her.Īnother question, if the number assigned is not in the range of number provided by SIP trunk provider, what will happen?ĭid a bit more googling and found the following - not sure if any of these will be helpful or not.
Could this be the router pattern or translation rule issue? Her internal extension is 911 which is same as one of the emergency number, but I doubt it has something to do with her extension. Now I have no clues what else to look on. I've tested to setup a new phone with just her personal sim card, the phone still rings when someone call to her work number. User did mention that she merge/sync her contacts on her mobile but could not remember what she has done. I've checked and turned off the forwarding setting for the user, yet the issue still persist. What is strange is this issue only happen to 1 user, all 100+ users do not encounter this. I login the S4B admin portal and try to look for the settings, but I couldn't find it (probably I miss-look somewhere). maybe it might prod someone in the right direction.Īlthough we have recently migrated to Office 365, but we are still using on-premise Skype for Business 2015. I see under organizations, there's mobile phone notifications with a push service.ĭug a bit further, and I see some documentation regarding using PowerShell for managing user accounts:Īnyway, not sure if this helps at all. that link sends me to here:, which I login and it takes me to a site. Or is this a portal 365 admin or user setting somewhere? I login and I see a link that says go to Skype for Business admin center to manage additional settings.
